Introduction:
Customer could apply for inward bill purchase on payment under L/C or inward collection, our bank shall deliver the documents and make advance payment after the property of goods is transferred to our bank. Approved guarantee, mortgage, pledge, etc must be adopted before inward bill purchase under import L/C or inward collection.
Feature:
It meets short-term financing demand of the importer.
Service object:
It is applicable for corporate customers which need short-term financing.
Business process:
i.The importer shall present inward bill purchase application, trust receipt;
ii.To provide approved guarantee and sign《Contract on inward bill purchase》and《contract on guarantee/mortgage/pledge》(if necessary) after approval;
iii.Our bank makes payment to the exporter with fund of bill purchase, and delivers the documents to the importer;
iv.The importer returns the fund on maturity.
